This is amazing! I am giving a presentation on Leap day (calling it Leap Day Learning - don't waste your extra day) and it's about this exact topic! Thanks for the resource and i'll be sure to send people this way!
This is really awesome! One cool vscode keyboard shortcut I discovered recently is the cmd + ctrl + shift + ➡︎(right arrow). It gradually selects logical blocks of code in both directions, so if you quickly want to select an entire function or an object, this comes in handy!
Thanks for the tips! Pretty funny when you got prompted to take a break during recording 😅 1:45 the Windows equivalent of jumping to the beginning/end of the document is actually ctrl + home/end respectively. Similarly, to select in those directions is shift + ctrl + home/end (not up/down arrow key) Another cool extension I like using is Todo Tree. It scans your project for any task-related keywords (TODO, REFACTOR, etc., it's configurable) and generates a todo tree that you can display when needed. I like adding small notes for myself throughout the code when I need to do or change something around and they never get lost with this extension. I actually uninstalled the popular TODO-Highlight (or something along those lines) extension that highlights those same keywords so that my eyes aren't automatically drawn to them and I only check my todos when I want to.
This guy is killing it. I'm pumped you are on the team CJ
