Excellent video Jaya...But maintaining white counter- top with Indian cooking is tough. Honestly I am not confident of ensuring no turmeric or red chili powder will ever spill. Secondly the 45 degree cut might have some reason ...but I can see myself bruising my elbow, tummy and what not while moving hastily in and around that corner...And if not me, my son, when small would have had one incident at the least by hitting or bumping his head onto it. Wish you a very lovely stay in your new home, and cheers for all the hard work you have put in designing planning and executing this renovation. Take care.
