Just yesterday, we saw thousands, ( hardly an exaggeration,) flying over my daughter's place. Migrating south. You hear them, often, before you see them. Magnificent sight and sound..

Wow, You are Right !!
Flying in rows so beautiful
Just had a few medium size flocks of birds fly over today I couldn't identify. At first I thought they were cranes, but their necks and legs didn't look long enough, and they were actually glistening, shining like gold in the sky. However, they sounded exactly like these cranes and flew like no one knew where they were going (much like these cranes). So pretty sure that is what they were!
You Panted a Funny Picture!! Thank You 4 putting a smile on 😁
We enjoy the sounds of the cranes flying over every year during their migration.
Real nice photography. Can't go wrong when God's creation is the subject. I have a video of Wildlife Refuge full of ducks and birds but it is this video with those clouds and colors that makes yours stand out over mine. Thanks for posting this video.
Your videos are Great !!
@@chainlandproductions820 Thank you.
Thanks. marvelous video. I'm in central Texas and see them flying over but never in such numbers. One thing I almost always notice is they'll be flying in formations that look similar to geese V formations but then peridically, the formation will break down and it's like they're drunk or all took a bong hit-the flying gets chaotic but after a bit, they reform the formations. I didn't see that in this video so wondering if it's something about where they are in the migration or ??? Their sound is just sublime.
their are still some here. but mostly all gone for the season. real great to see and hear.
Can't steal my love
A friend of mine was feeding 2 sandhill cranes Doritoes, he was sitting in a chair and held a doritoe in his mouth and a crane snatched from his mouth. He said, 'it felt like it almost took his lip'.
That’s Awesome!! Glad He’s alright!!
nyoop got it
