Jayda broke my heart , because I relate to her so much . I’m popular and have a lot of people around me yet I feel so lonely , I’m everybody therapists but who’s mines ? Like how does the strong friend or the strong person ask for help ? when you’re always the helper? I feel so ashamed to cry or show any emotions around anyone i always feel like I have to stay strong in front of everyone or I’m obligated to be there for everyone and put everyone needs before mines. I literally cry myself to sleep or cry in the shower almost every night and it’s sad because the closet people to me, think I’m strong , fine and goofy because I often time laugh my emotions off like jayda did in this video, you could tell she was so hurt, she probably been hurt for so long now ,but didn’t just have the strength to hide it this time. She just needed a long hug and to be told everything is going to be alright . Please check on the your strong friends guys .
Morgan Smith get help you don’t need to worry yourself with other people’s problems. You should be happy in your own mindset trust me your not obligated to do anything. Think about yourself for once!

Exactly. It’s like I’m that same way bc even when I try to open up a little nobody really cares to listen so I continue to keep things to myself. I’m comfortable with opening up but when I don’t feel like they care for my problems or I care too much for theirs it makes me feel so un important. but I’m so used to helping people out and giving advice. so I get sad when I realize that I have no one to depend on but myself.😕

when jayda said sometimes she feels lonely and she takes showers just to cry sometimes, i felt that. I have siblings but they’re all older than me and a lot of us have different mothers so i never grew up with them, i’ve never been able to be weak because i was always on my own, but soon as i hit that bathroom i break all the way down🤦🏽♀️
