This is a sample lesson from the Secret Guitar Teacher site (see link above). It is aimed at beginner to intermediate players.
    Here’s the abridged transcript:
A great many pop tunes have been based on the 12-bar blues sequence. This is a real classic written by Lee Hazlewood who also produced the 1966 recording sung by Nancy Sinatra which went to number one on both sides of the Atlantic. The original was played by a whole band, but here’s my version, adapted to just one guitar. I’m playing it on the acoustic, but it works just fine on the electric guitar as well.
Let’s look at the intro first. We are going to emulate the opening bass run by starting on E at the 12th fret and working down one fret at a time with this three note rhythm. All the way until we get to fret 5 which is hit just once before jumping to a slight bend on fret 3 and landing on the open E to launch straight into the E chord.
It’s up to you then how long to keep strumming the E chord before starting the vocals. I usually let it run a couple of bars. Once the vocals start you are into the 12 bar sequence.
The song has a sort of sixteen beat rock rhythm. Try to emphasise the upbeats like this. Looking at the chord sequence, first eight bars are what you would expect from a 12 bar. Four bars of E two of A then back to E, but then the last line is a bit different - Half a bar on G - half a bar of E - repeated twice. Holding the final E to emphasise the vocal punchline .Then I segue back into the intro bass run to act as a turnaround between verses.
So that’s about it. Have a bit of fun with that - it’s a great one to play at parties!
See you in the next lesson

I really wanna play this at my presentation, but this song only has 3 chords! The minimum is 4 is there possible to put in another chord? It cannot be a fake chrod 😔😔😔 Would really apprecciate a fast answer

This song comes alive with the use of a 2nd position E7 (C7 shape moved up to the 5th fret) and also a 2nd position "A" chord at the 5th fret. The "E" string run-down should be played with two picks on each note (not 3).

Great video, but I’m still struggling to play the 16 beats of EEEEAAEE… I don’t sound the same as the video, I feel like I’m ringing cords too much whereas in the video he sounded like only ringing one in every 4-8 beat

Not easy to get without much practice! I advise copying what I do from 1:55 on the video. Start with a fully muted guitar so you can concentrate solely on strumming hand. Will take a bit of patience and persistence.
