You could have purchased the CEO office and the vehicle warehouse with the money you made in this episode then focused on making money for the Rocket Voltic in the next episode but it's all good.
The union heist is so full of bugs, you levitate when you show the guard, the vault opens before the cutscene starts and two guard just spawn in right next to you on your way out. Also when you buy a weapon you can press X and get full ammo instead of pressing A like 20 times
