A Complete Thesis Writing in LaTeX (Latex Basic Tutorial-25)

In this lecture, we will learn to format a complete scientific thesis in latex.
LaTeX is perfectly suited to write a scientific report, no matter if it is an undergraduate report, the report to achieve a Bachelors degree, Masters degree or even for a dissertation to achieve a full PhD. Thanks for this great tutorial!! I experienced a problem with the definition of the Nomenclature command; when I try to run it, it appears this message "Expected -t Usage: makeindex [-ilqrcgLT] [-s sty] [-o ind] [-t log] [-p num] [idx0 idx1 ...]" and don´t know how to fix it. I am writing my thesis exactly as you explained in this video. Thank you for that. I have a little problem in Nomenclature page reference.
When I do the commands and get the nomenclature lists, it shows the page number of the mainmatter.
But the link in page number at the nomenclature list go to the page number of the frontmatter.
For example, I have 15 pages of frontmatter. If my definition of velocity at page 1 in Chapter 1 in the mainmatter, nomenclature link goes to the page 1 of frontmatter(title page)

Before \printnomenclature command, use \clearpage \phantomsection commands and see if it works.

I use TeXstudio as an editor and MikTeX as a package distribution of LaTeX.
