kung matagal na nagtuturo im sure manhid na yan sa kurapsyon sa deped at madali na makokontrol ng mga sindikato dyan sa deped. mas ganda ilagay dyan yung decision maker, walang alinlangan suwagin mga magnanakaw ng pondo at mga tiwala sa deped. may paninindigan. pag playsafe gayang mga ibang pulitiko eh kakainin lang ng buhay yan ng mga sindikato. observe mo yung iuupo dyan at bantanyan yung mga pagbabago sa deped at impak sa mga iskwelahan at mag aaral.

Dapat kung sino ang pinakamagaling na DepEd Regional Director ngayon ang mapiling DepEd Secretary- yung naging Deped classroom teacher noon tapos na promote bilang School Principal, Division Superintendent at ngayon magaling na DepEd Regional Director.... kailangan kasi hindi lang basta educator tulad ng mga tipo nina former DepEd Secretaries Liling Briones at Armin Luistro dapat educator na alam talaga maging Education frontliner ng DepEd, yung alam ang sitwasyon ng mga mag -aaral,mga magulang at mga guro at alam ang kalakaran sa school level, Division at Regional levels...ang mga DepEd Regional Directors ay may mga managerial skills din at sa katunayan sila ay mga CESO or CEO at galing sa pamamahala ng isang paaralan, Division at Regional Office ng Deped mismo...in the past years lagi nalang binabalewala ang quality and superior experiences, skills and knowledge ng mga DepEd Regional Directors in favor sa mga kaalyadong pulitiko or educators from the Higher Education na wala naman talagang alam maging DepEd Frontliner

For me , they should consider Cong. Rodante Marcoleta as well dahil may mga nakakausap na sya na guro at nakikinig sya....may hearing dati na binatikos nya yang deped dahil sa anomaly sa textbook..matindi ang politics sa loob ng deped.. kaya ang napopromote na mabilis dyan mag friends din nila 😅 Di yan kaya ng mga newbie.. dapat makita lahat ng kontrata na pinasok ng deped plus mature enough na ano ba needs ng youth to learn..yun ay back to basic.. Wag ipagpilitan ang math at science sa bata.. tulad ng dati lahat ng subject ay equal lang sa normal school.Dahil iba iba ang interes at baka mas mahasa pa ang crtical thinking.. May specialized school naman para sa magaling sa math and science..
