    Foundation Disc Golf should sponsor the DGPT as a “Water Sponsor”. They’d be financially responsible for paying for the water at the water stations on the course during DGPT Elite Series events. They could call them “Foundation Hydration Stations”. HMU for more ideas haha.

    Well done on finding a field with tall trees on horizon, helps with seeing discs fly against a dark background compared to a lot of disc golf content on TH-cam

    These prototype P2s are in the flex 2.5, once they release discs they will be between felx 1-3. These will be the only discs manufactured that have a 2.5.

    They feel and fly great, just like the old ones did.. But the plastic doesn't hold up to even hitting the cage of a basket. Used the pair I have for one round FOR PUTTING, and had literal slices of plastic coming off of the discs.

    I was looking for an stable/slightly overstable putter 3 or 4 months ago, wanted a P2, obviously couldn't find one and bought an Envy instead. Now, it's hard to find an Envy. By the looks of it they look pretty similar depending on the plastic type. Thanks for the review!

      Same here. I've been practice putting with them every day at home, and used them for two rounds so far. Tbh, they seem only slightly more durable than dx plastic. Mine are pretty beat up already. I got 2 pairs, but I was hoping to not ever have to break out the back up pair. At this rate, these will be retired within 6 months 😕

      “Latitude 64 has helped us to build this thing,” said Discmania founder and CEO Jussi Meresmaa. “Latitude is helping to make this the level of production that I need and I want. But this is a separate factory; this is a Discmania factory.”

    @epegr1075 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

    This is shocking. How can you not get your hands on an original P2? It makes the whole video invalid. Trying to draw on memories from years ago makes this such a wasteful video. If you’re going to do something, do it right. You probably have hundreds of people willing to send you one and I bet you could find one locally. Just seems like the effort to make this a decent video wouldn’t have been that much so it makes the lack of effort so bad and disappointing.
    Edit: mainly the first 2-3 minutes of the video are so bad. Just seems like it woulda been easy to avoid

    There is NO WAY that basket is 250 away. They are not throwing these farther or even as far as a football field . Their distances is way off. They barely can throw mids 300+ and making it out like they just barely toss it and It goes that far. As soon as the disc leaves their hand it’s basket level high like just tell us the accurate presumed distance don’t oversell yourselves to make better content or mislead viewers.

    • @jbh5286
      @jbh5286 3 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      Uhh hate to be the one to tell you this…. Throwing putters 300 feet is quite simply very very doable… so they are not lying. And they definitely throw mids farther than 300 😂.

      @ps3smileyface 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @nick1384 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I’m sorry you can’t throw far doesn’t mean others don’t. Not that hard to throw mids over 300 with decent form

    • @caseywrightsel4277
      @caseywrightsel4277 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@jbh5286 I wasn’t saying it’s not possible. I’m saying that basket is not set at 250-300. They are throwing nose up stalls and as soon as they disc leaves their hand it’s already at the pin. At that rate they would be throwing them 400 and no the cannot throw a p2 400 feet. James Conrad made a name of himself for throwing putters 300+ routinely and he’s top3-5 in the world. And it’s dependent on hole so people who say they can throw 300 putters everytime are naive. Some holes are 275 and even pros have a hard time getting fairway drivers to basket high. Some holes say 350 and a mid get there’s before it even fully starts it’s glide and slow turn. So there are many factors but I’m just saying that basket is not 250+ feet from where they are throwing. You think that basket really looks like it’s a whole football field away from where they are throwing? No way. Not a chance in hell.

    • @jbh5286
      @jbh5286 3 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      @@caseywrightsel4277 Pros having a problem getting a fairway 275? 😂😂. Bruh feel free to hate but don’t just type nonsense. I mean have you watched a tournament? There is not a single pro in the field that has an ounce of challenge throwing a putter 300. Most intermediate players are comfortable doing it these days. Remember when Simon threw a P2 492 feet at WACO? Also when you think of a football field you probably mentally include end zones which add roughly 60 feet. A goal line to goal line throw is really not that far. And if you’ve thrown for the better part of a decade like these two, it’s pretty routine.
      But hey. Haters gotta hate 🤷‍♀️.
