As someone who has X2HR, I must say that you are dellusional to put them in GOD TIER.... God tier in the budget category sure, but not as the best headphones out there.
i purchased a pair of Creative Super x-fi headphone with holography about 3 years ago and these headphones are above and beyond any on this list. not only do they have excellent spacial quality, but they also feature a microphone and a place for a micro SD card. i would put these headphones in the GOD category.

Grado's have great sound, but comfort is just terrible. I just can't recommend them.
