I love when people are surprised by comics marvel and DC lore. There is so much history and so many constant additions, retcons and writers just doing their own thing, that both DC and Marvel are to massive to fully understand.
Old Marvel has explored and expanded on a VERY wide array of theories, conspiracies, concepts, multiverses, alternate timelines and what if scenarios over the course of 6 decades. I would say that most of what is written today, Marvel has already done…..yet “Comic Books are just for kids” stayed with Marvel for a long time.

Zeus was never eaten, and he didn't slice up Cronos to free his siblings. Rather, he poisoned Cronos, causing him to vomit his siblings, before being sliced to pieces at his defeat.

Thor comics are Norse mythology. Hercules comics are Greek mythology. Moon Knight comics are Egyptian mythology. Black Knight comics are Arthurian legends. Marvel is VAST.

The X-Men, fantastic Four, Doctor Doom, The Ghost Rider, The Avengers, Ultron, The Ifninity stones, Other universe's stories, and retcons. Marvel, and DC for that Matter, have so much going on that there's not enough time to read everything.
Stan Lee was not only one of the greatest in the comic industry and fantasy literature in general, he managed to introduce philosophy to so many kids without them even realizing it. The world needs more guys like Stan, and less of the modern "writers" pushing moral ambiguity

Their true forms (the very concepts that they embody) exist in Over Space, a realm beyond the multiverse along with the true forms of other higher gods where the manage creation. Dude the lore of Marvel comics is crazy deep. What we normally see is only like the smallest of fractions.
Humanity in Marvel Comics has so many origins that contradict each other and are retconned. It’s a wonderful mess.
There's a massive chunk that's just out of sequence, guy explains how the Kree created the Inhumans only to later on explain how the Kree gained intergalactic space flight and became an empire millions (I think it's millions) of years before they created the Inhumans.
No wonder Nux is confused and/or getting some things wrong. Plus it is a MASSIVE lore dump to take in all in one sitting.
To be fair the boys is less killing super heroes and more politics, schemes and storylines. And that's what makes it good
I recommend checking out the "Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes" cartoon. It is really good. Star Wars the Clone Wars level good.
Jack Kirby and Stan Lee are the people I look up to most as a writer. And as a person in general.
One of the reasons why a decent chunk of this isn’t in the MCU is because of a listening deal with Sony. Sony had bought the movie rights to a bunch of the comics, preventing Marvel Studios from using them
Nux, the Hand in Marvel is what the Foot Clan in TMNT was supposed to parody. The Turtles were originally mutated by the same ooze that blinded Daredevil, and learned from Splinter because Matt Murdock learned from Stick.

Man’s finally decided to dive into marvel . We’re in for an incredible journey.
Nux has to check out Conan Lore now. It not only has an inceredibly rich setting on it's own it's also Canon in both Marvel and the Lovecraft Mythos.

In Agents of Shield, we first see the Teragen crystals that the Kree used to turn people into inhumane.
The VERY short lived series "Inhumans" gives us a better look at the Teragenesis crystals, as well as the first introduction to the character Black Bolt. Even had the same actor as the one who played him in Dr Strange M.O.M

I hope a part 2 comes. There are SO many more people, beings and events to explore. Such are the Nova corps wasn't even touched in this video.

The formation of the Avengers, the Kree/Skull war, the Age of Apocalypse. So may events and stories to be told.
