    Nice. I also like Louise Hay.
    I've also been really enjoying quite a lot of Master Sri Avinash myself at the moment to help with my spiritual path. #SriAvinashInnerPeace 🤲
    It feels like my life has changed in such a beautiful way just from hearing Sri Avinash's peace videos.

      There are many affirmations in this video. I guess we could pick up any of these and repeatedly listen keenly to the one that is most relevant at a point in time, having noted the minutes when it appears.
      Lack of sleep usually due to some irritation or anxiety. I'm saying this as I am experiencing it myself. Only I will know where it is coming from.
