This opening is so dreamlike, elegiac, and beautiful. It’s almost so surreal it’s hard to believe you didn’t just dream it up when recalling it. But that’s what I love about it. It can show imagery that couldn’t be possible if logic was taken into account. It feels so much bigger than itself, and that’s because it is. It’s telling the tale of these tragic but brilliant characters in a poetic lucid dream of an opening.
You explained that really well, I agree. Ill go as far as to say nothing to this magnitude of pure blissful art can exist in todays wicked world. This is music made without an agenda, without trying to make name for oneself or any of that. Is almost like a human can only be vessels for something like that to shine through from some other realm. Almost like the type of music Michael Jackson made too.

to be honest this game means alot to me. it kind of molded me into who i am now. its a really deeo game that talks about a lot of thought provoking things that you just dont get in game or in ANYTHING for that matter. And then the Disney side of it made it so magical and, being raised by Disney like the other kids of my generation, it was almost like i was going on this journey to meet some destiny i had. sounds stupid but this game the story the music the memories....its just something that will always be a part of me.

I don't know what kind of person I'd be if it wasn't for kingdom hearts. it taught me so many life lessons about friendship, what's important, to have courage, and so much more. and it made me the artist I am today. And I thank the creators of kingdom hearts for making something so amazing

I was 18 when this came out. The song was so impactful and I found myself wishing for the kind of soul connection that Sora and Kairi had. This year, I met my true love, and the song came back for me. It was like it was waiting for her. I'm so grateful.

to be honest this game means alot to me. it kind of molded me into who i am now. its a really deeo game that talks about a lot of thought provoking things that you just dont get in game or in ANYTHING for that matter. And then the Disney side of it made it so magical and, being raised by Disney like the other kids of my generation, it was almost like i was going on this journey to meet some destiny i had. sounds stupid but this game the story the music the memories....its just something that will always be a part of me.
