Okay I’m gonna have to throw hands with the person on the dev team who made that decision.
It’s probably because it is small. The big creatures in this game have the most appeal
It has so much personality! So happy it’s not just a reskin of the Dimorphodon. Probably my new favourite pterosaur!
Dsungaripterus is 100% my new favorite Flying Reptile in the game. Unique bill structure, unique crest, and a wonderful array of skins.
I believe from looking at the human kill animation, the Dsungaripterus drops the person onto their neck, which would case the person to either black out or be dazed allowing the Pterosaur to then go in for the finishing blow.
Wouldn’t that just break their neck?
@@theanimalshow6538 A fall from that height, which appears to be only around a foot or less of the ground wouldn't cause breakage of the neck, fractures possibly, but not a full on breaking if the neck
@@theanimalshow6538 it’s a really small drop I highly doubt it was enough to kill them. The dsungi looks like it used its beak to take the final hit in the person

the dsungaripterus is my personal favourite pterosaur, something about the crest and colours.
People being stone-cold knockout is pretty much realistic. I have seen too many street fighting videos that results in such a KO. Or a seizure, it is an either-or.
So the JP3 raptors are really screwed up now. They removed the quills from the female raptor but they also removed them from the male raptor. Apparently the male and female raptor share the same model. So I guess it's either quills on both or no quills at all.
I just love how the small carnivores in this game are almost invincible when they hunt in packs!
I do and I don’t. Saurapods need to be able to fight back
@@hererasaur6602 There's a mod that makes it to where Sauropods are a lot stronger in defense versus the packs and can kill them.

This pterosaur appears in the sequel to Speckles the Tarbosaurus. Yes, Speckles the Tarbosaurus, remember that strange movie? It has a sequel where Speckles's son gets kidnapped by some Deinonychus who take him to a compound where they gather other kidnapped baby dinosaurs and the raptors sacrifice the children to a gigantic iguana-like kaiju that lives in a volcano with its three babies... oh and there's also gigantic scorpions in that movie... yeah...

Relatives of the Dsungaripterus can be found in the Tendageru formation, which I recreated using the Arizona map. I have a flock of ten that stays around the lake I built thanks to putting rocks along the shore, really adds immersion to see them sticking around the sand banks

Yes in the synthesis click on random for your skin, pattern or both and it will randomly pick from the skins or patterns you have when they release
Something cool I noticed about the human death animation is they actually seem to switch from time to time between using their beak and legs to pick them up. The attention to detail is *much* better than the first game :)

Dsungaripterus is basically the same size as the Homalocephale. I guess this is gonna be my favorite adorable pterosaur i can play with.
Btw a new thing with the update is that pterosaurs can eat dead aquatics

Hey best in slot I found another glitch you might like so far I've only found two but you can get dinos in the aviary, if you put it really really close and release a full batch of galleys or a full batch of struthys they can get glitched into it, one will go in with struthys and three
With galleys, you will have to do it a few times to have a few in there still trying other dinos to see who else can get in it (With out Mods)

Hey guys I got a question can Ariel dinosaur hunt their same species cuz I was building my park and then I get a notification that my dimorphadon died and I looked at the says and it said hunted down by the other dimorphadon
Is it just me or does the Dsungaripterus have a unique release animation? When multiple are released, the way some of them run along on their legs, whilst flapping their wings. I don't remember any of the other Pterosaurs running like that.
