There is increasingly some information and sound basis also that Tariq Fateh is an ISI agent though it is rumored differently than he is an Indian agent. But this theory is now has stronger foundation. He definitely works for ISI and on its payroll and regularly receives money not from Indian agencies but from Pakistani agencies and gives them in return all the information back to Pakistan.
