glock ! when you are doing these amazing house flippers, it would be really nice if you would use a mod of "unnecessary but beautiful" it gives you so much more to choose from doors and all the decorative cabinets and household items. i love these flippers and just for getting all a bit shinier twould make your houses even more amazing !!!! thumbs up
I agree, open floorplans! Love the way you changed the 1st floor. the addition of the balcony on the front was really nice. I do wish you could have done a double door or something to enhance teh front door because the door seems a bit small with the other improvements you made. I love how you even get details to make it feel a bit more lived in. I don't know why it's so satisfactory watching the houses get destroyed after you built them.

I was impressed with how many of the key details they got right.. like the red carpet stairs to upstairs and the run down wooden stairs to the basement and the boiler.. along with Freddy's workshop and missing persons posters.. Definitely changed the mood of the place 100%
I love how TFP make POI's based off of horror movies. My favorite probably being the "Fates" Motel. Obviously, based off the Bates Motel from Psycho. Watching this episode of the Elm St. house flipper, I thought to myself it would be cool if TFP eventually did a summer camp POI based on Crystal Lake from Friday The 13th.

Flippers are great stand-alone videos. Now, if you have a group you'd like to do so with, a novel collab would be to do a street of homes with each member flipping a house. Then, on horde night, doing a run and gun going from house to house as they go down to the mob. Just a thought.

Hey Glock, How about a house flipper but you crank the game stage up a bunch, Grab some eye candy and some lucky looter goggles and can only fight the horde after with the loot you find inside the house before its flipped?? Kinda risk/reward as it would make sense to pick a bigger house for more loot but would mean more work flippin!!!

24:21 if you didn't blow up that corner, it would look like those remnant POI where they have goodies on the top shelf. since it was so close to the 4th of July it would have been awesome to pack the basement with the exploding gas barrels and then just toss a grenade in and watch everything go boom
You will be surprised how many times that happened. It happened a lot when people at older houses dropped thier outhouse for indoor plumbing, or decided that one bathroom wasn't enough for 2 parents and half a dozen children.
I must say, this was probably the best one yet, I love the ‘no F’s givin’ attitude of just blowing zombies up 🤣 can’t wait to see ya try to top this one!
Glock takes a murder house and decides to seal up the basement. Pretty sure the secret basement was a plot point of at least one horror movie. Thankfully he didn't stick with that plan.

It would be cool if they made a sort of run-down cabin in the woods with a severed head inside and a sweater where a certainly big zombie with a hockey mask spawns in that is guaranteed to drop a loot bag with his mask and there's a hidden stash there with his machete or smth

I don't understand why you didn't just keep the laundry room in the basement? since there would have been plenty of space down there and a lot of the houses Iv worked on, usually keep the laundry room in the basement to muffle out the noise that the machines make.......
@@Glock9 well to save space you could have used the half walls inside and I've seen basement with a washroom a bathroom a office and inside the office, a small closet made into an Armory with 3 regular gun safes with two massive gun safes inside the office and to top it off the basement had a pool table. And the basement was about the same size as the basement for that house as far as square feet are concerned. Also most houses are built with standard that the basement stairs lining up exactly with the second floor stairs for convenience sake and for the exact reason of forementioned about noise. But it's your build, everybody has a different opinion on how they like to live and how they would like their place to look where they live. LOL that would be like me arguing with my landlords to renovate my apartment because they installed a light switch (when they built this place) and no ceiling light in two of the rooms, I'm not even sure if there's an Outlet feed for the wires to light are positioned where they should be.
Another great house flipper. Was looking at some Alpha 20 info and you wont be doing another burnt forest/wasteland series. The togglable zombie sense seems to make 7dtd like a zombie horror movie.

You really want to walk from the basement up to the 2nd floor with all the laundry? Also, needed room for the armory. Guns > Laundry. ;)
