I added 2 cloves of crushed garlic. It goes together with cilantro & lime for me. Definitely a keeper recipe. A different slant on wings that guests aren't expecting and love. Even the cilantro haters so far.

Very cool that you have a bunch growing. I LOVE the combo of cilantro and lime. I had it not long ago with jalapeno and man alive, does that trio go well. LOVE IT! I use it a lot with my bean dips. I found the idea at Aldi one day awhile back and boy, did they want an arm and a leg for these teeny tiny container. No way. So I started making my own. Your chicken looks GREAT!

Love, love, love cilantro! I grow some herbs and now I get great basil but if you got a secret to growing cilantro I want it. Mine doesn't do well. I have to grow in pots cause here in Ga. It's all clay. But next time I do wings I am so doing this! Looks delish. Luckily I keep store bought cilantro.

I love cilantro! But cilantro doesn't like me. As part of the "parsley family", I can't eat it. But (big BUT!) lime is so close to the flavor of cilantor that it works every time as a substitute. Naturally, if you dump anything on chicken wings...I'll eat it! If I die, well I died happy!

I understand. I originally got my first air fryer in 2012 and it was mainly for wings so I get it :) It fries up naked wings real well in about 28 minutes, depending on how crispy you want them. My air fryer does fry among other things, it makes cake, soups, every thing so it all depends what you want the air fryer for...just wings..any old air fryer will do..but you have to understand that the 'cheaper' ones do not have the bottom burner like mine...do not have the ceramic coated pan like mine...what does that mean..you would be 'flipping' the food half way during the cook..and your pan will eventually peel. Mine (Delonghi FH 1363) is a little more pricey but you get what you paid for, worth every penny..and I put my name behind that product any day. Hope this all help :)
