Thank you for this. We African Americans are always looking for an explanation for what we see in the beautiful African videos.

As ambassadors, Evwheh people need to tell people they meet and who are interested in our culture how to properly pronounce our name.
Our name is NOT "A-WAY", it pronounced as EVWHEH.
What's really wrong with us, is correctly pronouncing our name too is something that we have to be ashamed of, or simply because the "pale" man mispronounced our name we should accept that his poison is all good for us and better?

Hello, why don’t you speak so we listen to you.
The Akan’s will speak only Twi.

"Keta school boys" is Aborbi. Please be authentic and say things that are ours they way our forefathers and mothers called them. If the Akans gave a nickname to Aborbi simply because they can not pronounce or are totally ignorant about it, why should we start calling Aborbi as "Keta school boys". what's really wrong with us?
About KETE (KE means open and TE means pull together as the process of weaving goes) So when you're talking about Evwheh culture, give the proper name your people who have beeb weaving this cloth over thousands of years call it and not how Akans call it, there's nothing wrong calling it the Akan way but when you are speaking on a particular culture, one needs to be very authentic so when they ask you the meaning of the word, you'd be in a position to give that meaning.
