Well done Julie🥳 I also highly recommend Parkrun if you have one near you, it’s a 5km and you can make it as easy as you want, you can walk the whole thing, run the whole thing or do a run / walk. There is lots of people at my local that walk the 5km but the buzz from being around other runners is just amazing!!🤍
I started the same November last year , twice a week for an hour each time, not running just walking , I go with a friend, if you can too it’s so much better , because if you don’t fancy doing it you know your letting someone else down. I’m going the menopause as well and it’s made my mental health so much better. Good luck.
Hi Julie, lovely comforting video! As a runner myself who also struggles to eat early on, I’d really recommend finding something you can stomach before you go out for your run, you should be fine if you leave it to settle for at least half an hour but you’ll really benefit from that bit of energy and it’s much better for your body doing exercise non-fasted, especially as a woman! In terms of small snacks, I’d recommend half a banana, some rice cakes with jam or mini soreen bars. It’s good to get used to it early on before you start running longer/further x

Great morning vlog Julie.....my daughter started back today Tues so I started my walk at home TH-cam workout. I do mine to get blood pumping and feel good vibes as I too are going through the menopause 😊
@Maria-jz7rl I have a grass banking opposite where I live so I walk the food over and watch as the foxes come to enjoy. I only do it in the colder months as they don’t rely on me as their main source of food. No sign of any rats.
I can't believe you made pasta and then put it in the bin 😱😢 I'm sorry but I struggle with basics and you could have had that another time or made a pot for a homeless person.
Julie, are you cutting down on going out for your morning coffee? I have also stopped doing this at weekends, as I was spending £9-£13 every weekend on coffees, I got a coffee machine for Christmas to cutdown on the cost

My two went back today. I set day yesterday…..& yes…reality has hit 😂. Btw I joined Vinted yesterday, does anyone know how it works & how to use a post locker thing, can’t remember the result name of it.
Why don't you challenge yourself and book yourself in for great Manchester 10k in may give you something to work towards. I am doing it and I cant run to the end of my drive xx
Disgusting to be throwing good food away. You make his lunch all the time, surely you know how much you need to use. Cook only what you need or at least put the leftovers out for the cold and hungry wildlife that's still recovering from firework season!!!! Julie is so bloody wasteful, it's so selfish. (And this isn't a hate comment, it's pure fact. Remember when she said she throws tights away after one use?!)
