Maryland housing market causing stress for buyers and sellers

For those in the hunt for real estate, the fact that Maryland home sales fell again last month may come as no surprise. WBAL-TV talked to a realtor about how it's putting buyers and sellers in difficult spots. Julie Mitchell is looking to sell her Arbutus home so she can rightsize. "Buyers and sellers in Maryland face a number of challenges when it comes to the housing market," Mitchell said. "We're really new on the market and a lot of people don't know that this area is an area of Catonsville High School." He calls her home a hidden gem that comes with a lot of land and privacy. Mitchell is also looking to buy.
