The empowered represent the imposters who have the ability to kill and the crewmates are trying to defy their power to kill. Since the crewmates also can't kill, they would be panicked and would be cowards due to their lack of power outside the meetings.

The ending showing Brown looking at the Skeld through the telescope and the red slowly fading into the background makes it look as if these aren't just brainless monsters killing for the sake of killing, they're coordinated and intelligent, and it seems as if there's some sort of method to all the madness. This music video and the music itself is so fantastic, the symbolism in some of the lyrics is amazing and like I said about the final few seconds, showing that the Imposters have this calculated attack going on really shows how much the little details of these sorts of things matter.
