How to Self Arrest | Episode 5 | MSC Alpine Snow Skills Series

In this episode of the Alpine Snow Skills Series, we will show you various self arresting techniques so that you can attempt to stop a fall from becoming an uncontrollable slide. The different techniques shown will cover a range of potential falling scenarios.
