There is three ways. 1) change the bios chip with another chip (but it should not be from a government laptop). 2) change the bios firmware with a modded one. 3) there must be an option inside the bios naming quick boot or hide boot logo enable that and you are good to go. 1 petabyte = 1024 terabytes
1 terabyte = 1024 gigabytes
1 gigabyte = 1024 megabytes
1 megabyte = 1024 kilobytes
1 kilobyte = 1024 bytes
BUT WHY,
1 byte = 8 BITS??
Why not 1 byte = 1024 bits
