I usually get an email notification each month telling me my monthly box is on the way and just realized I haven't heard from BBB at all this month. I go to the mailbox and there's my blue package. So saved me from having to contact CS. I've been getting BBB for about 18 months now and I absolutely love it! And I love this Peacock themed box this month! I'll be testing out those bead caps before making jewelry because I don't want any customers to have tarnished jewelry. Thanks for the unboxing!! 💙💚💜 🦚

I haven’t gotten my box yet. Is it just me or does it seem very one note. Last month was a huge variety in colors and now this month is all blue green. BUT I’m loving the increased amount of gemstones they are giving! Can’t wait to touch and feel my beads… maybe I’ll think differently when I open my box!
I did not watch because mine is due today and I like to be surprised, any chance you could do the cover picture in black and white in the future?
I am sure it's very hard to please all of her followers. I love seeing whats in the package before I get it. I get many ideas for what I want to do with it. My excitement increases.
@syblesolesbee8513 if she keeps the color black and white you can simply watch the video. Some of us do a bead box for the surprise. Thus is a problem with several online "bead infuencers" but I think the solution is a simple one.
@@pattyclautu1838 It could solve the problem for you. However it would create one for me. You do have the option of waiting until you receive your box to watch her video. The boxes come around the same time each month so it would be easy to just wait.
@syblesolesbee8513 so I should ignore you tube until I get my box. If the picture is black and white why does that stop you from watching the video?
@@pattyclautu1838 Apply your statement here to your self. Should I avoid her videos because there is no color? Seeing the color is part of the joy. Black and white just takes something away. Besides this is her videos not ours. I love the way she is doing it. But, ultimately it is her decision not ours.

If you just contact them & explain that you are missing the item, they will get back to you very quickly & will get the item in the mail to you ASAP (at no charge to you, of course)...and just FYI, they also usually send an extra little gift, as compensation for your inconvenience.
