Just a little about the song, he is basically talking about how black people don't want to see other black people succeed in life. there's a part where he says do you remember my friend when people used to think nothing of us but now they are jealous of us, because of the success.
Just a little about the two languages, Xhosa and Zulu. You are right people who speak isiZulu can understand what people who speak isiXhosa are saying. The languages are very similar but you find that some words have different meanings so then one might not fully understand the other person. Emtee is from the Xhosa tribe but he can speak both isiXhosa and isiZulu.
