Thanks for being diligent in your avocados recovery journey. I've been struggling with my trees so it's helpful to see you remaining hopeful and working through it
@PassiveIncomeEdu Lamb Hass, Mexicola and Bacon varieties. Was having some issues with root rot during the end of summer but this winter seems to have slowed the process. We'll see what we look like in spring
@ How's the Lamb Hass doing? I have a 3 year old one that I planted. We have a mature Bacon that produces well. As for the root rot it is a challenge for sure! Stay diligent with effort! I wish the trees were a "set it and forget it" when it comes to watering but I guess that's the price we have to pay for good Avocado production!
@@BlossomAndProsper the Lamb is the baby of the bunch and is bouncing back. We'll see what spring has in store. Did you find the gypsum as prescribed in this video to be helpful?
I would just spread it out with a rake and see how it impacts the soil over the coming months. If you have sandy soil you may need to add more than if you had more of a clay soil. The goal is to improve drainage.
@@1cleandude you bring up a good point. It would probably do them well. There are a few others that I think I'm going to have to do some healing on which I might do just that now that you mention it! I think another video is coming! I'll have to give you a shout out!

What was the name of the injection?
The syringe was a chemjet and I used Monterey Garden Phos
What’s a beginner way to apply gypsum?
