Supervening impossibility means contract hone ke baad pata chala ki yeh contract perform karna possible nehi he.. Example: A singer falls ill after making the contract with the Organizer. So in think option ( 2) will be the answer

Aur fir ans 2nd wala laga diye hai jisme
It can never be not ordinary resident
Aur janha tak hmlog padhe h usme a company can never bhi resident
Permission jaisa to kuch nhi padha h hmne
