You inspired me to finally get my ACL reconstructed at the age of 35 after tearing it while skateboarding many years ago. My physiotherapist now says (2 months after surgery) that I will be able to jump on board next year if I keep exercising. I will. I do foam rolling on a regular basis after physio training. It is really uncomfortable most of the times, but works wonders. Thank you Neen! I was convinced I would never kickflip again. Until I discovered you and your story. God bless you man. I prefer doing all nasal breath work during this. 4 sec in, hold for 4 seconds at the top of the breath, 4 seconds out, hold for 4 seconds at the bottom of the breath.❤️

Rolling everyday is perfectly fine! I roll every morning and every night. I’ve been doing this for years. It helps break up the knots in your muscles as well as helps push lactic acids out that cause soreness.
