What if i dont want to train him with new role or special ability yet, how do we know if the player i got is an FT? Reason for this is i don't know yet what role or ability would like the player to have with.
I made an St 168 rating last season. This St won for the team all the trophies. In the cup in round of 16 i lost 3-1 first leg but in the second i won 4-0. The thing is the oponent team was more good in quality and i played in defense first leg. But In the second i was on attacking because i had nothing to lose , and somehow i qualify. In the quarter final too i lost 2-1 first leg ( normal) and in the second on attack 8-0 for my team . I had 3 losses in total . One was in League 2-1 in 88 min he scored but was one of the best season i had in game and most of the tactics and training i learned from you Stepan and Witch Doctor. Ok i have my own tactics but i learn from you how to create my own tactics.

You can do with one you've already. As long as he is 18-21 yo . Remember to read the notes at the end of the video as well. Happy testing 🙂😁

This means that the Player gets an extra boost when he is performing free kicks ,corner kicks and penalty kicks! You could get that ability at the paid version of special sponsor 2-3 seasons ago!

I bought a player 85% (51) with market value of 16.8M I am on level 7 and as per the table for fast trainers this was exactly what you call a fast trainer based on the data on the chart but after I trained he was a slow trainer 1,1,1,2,1 this is what I got I don’t understand how if the data on chart matches as a fast trainer
Just out of curiosity , why choose a drill with lowest skill mean percentage ?

The same “very hard” ones. However pay attention to the specific gk skills in the drills when you calculate. For example, the fast counter attack drill has communication skill.

What if I don't want to train him a new role or special ability yet, how do we know if the player I got is a FT?
Then there's no way to know by testing unfortunately. Keep in mind that you can avoid finishing the role or ability.

Hey, should I train my all the player's together? Or should I train them with player's of the same positions
For daily training (getting bonuses to 10%) train the squad with a mix of low condition drills.
For training players stats, train them separately on their own (but might not be worth it for the older players) - just train them per position.

Let's say that you're playing in division B, as you're promoting to division A(higher), your players won't be as strong as they were.

@@Miltiadiss I think that SA has a bigger importance than trining a new role. Other Top 11 managers like Apolo Rock and Stepan Bezdek train SA to check for fast trainers. That’s why now with your video I’m kinda confused. Thanks again for your fast response!
I mean, it's the same thing. Using a new role for the test doesn't necessarily mean you will finish training it, nor using a special ability for the test means you won't train another role... Some people want to have the flexibility of switching formations (more roles needed) etc. Anyways, cheers buddy. Hope I cleared any confusion.

You're right,but try to farm or save a few at first... Fast trainers are a long term investment. As said, they'll save you tons of rests.. So, find some (daily videos,training ground etc etc) and invest on a fast trainer. If you've Facebook or discord, feel free to dm me there. I will try to explain more about rest packs and how to save them, or even better, the best way to train your Player 😉
Well i rarely see 18 years old in the market.. also your spending rest packs just to test them if they are fast trainer.. on the long run your losing rest packs

Does this fast trainer player develop faster after 7star? I found almost all my player doesnt grow faster after 7 star
What you say , depends on the drills used and skills raised. If you achieve 7 stars to a player but you have some skills really low , you can use other drills (targeting on those low skills) , in order to boost the players quality even to maximum :) . Always focus on a player's white skills firstly, then raise the greys a bit , to improve the player's overall quality.

So basically your question is if we should train our players individually or all together. I train them all together only for the bonus, in the morning. I think training them individual is better because;
-you are able to focus on his white skills (important for a position) ,by using drills for that specific position
-you've an ultimate word on how a Player will improve.
-some players train faster, some slower. Focus on the faster ones, individually.
So basically individually gives you more power, more control of your players and their growth.

I didn't get, why we must find low average? I just check any player with counter attack trainings.
Because if, for example with counter attacks, the Player has high finishing/crossing (which happens in an attacker) you will find him as slow trainer, just because counter attack has a high average. For more accurate results, it's highly recommended to calculate the lowest average at first

You can still check if he's a fast trainer, by simply adding a role. It just gets a bit more tricky when it comes to deciding which drill to use for the test 😉

I followed the fast player chart and I bought a player at 99% for 29.2 million. In theory, that should be a fast player. I'm level 11 so the chart should be accurate too. I go to test him...and turns out he's a slow player. I spent 20 tokens on this guy after searching for almost an hour for a fast trainer at auction. I'm devastated.
It sucks because I know this method works. The chart was even correct for the last couple fast players I bought. So frustrating :(
And it continued to not work. The last two players (who were fast trainers according to the chart) gave me 1212 and 1121. I’m so sad :((((
But at least I have 3 fast trainers now, it's just a shame the chart is very inconsistent

You'll still know if he's a fast trainer or not, it may not be 100% sure and accurate. So I suggest calculating the drills, as it may save you a lot of greens. You might find someone slow trainer while he will be fast trainer.

Which is more important: a special ability or the experience of a player?
A spceial ability gives a 20% boost on some specific skills when its activated, so guide yourself with that .Personally,I always train a special ability before pushing quality .
Let's say , that we have a player with 180% finishing without a penalty ability ,and one with 150% finishing but with penalty specialist ability . Who do you choose? The first one , because as said , *an ability is a 20% boost on some specific skills when it's activated*

It's a trick /pattern man, if you mean why I say those exact numbers. Otherwise, if you mean how to get those numbers, one repeat will give you either 0-1-2-3 points for an ability or position. Write down the pattern and take notes

It should take around 300 greens but it depends on lot of factors so we can't say exactly!
A) what drills you'll use
B) How fast the Player trains
C) the level of your drills
D) What's his position

Thanks for your comment. Regarding your question, no, the vast majority of youth players are not fast trainers. So I don't suggest investing on them, as they'll require much more rests for the maintenance in the long run. That's one of the reasons I don't suggest using the academy.

I suggest u use a defensive method like 5-3-2. A straight line defense. 3 DCs, 1dc, 2 mc, 1 AMC and 1 st. Also use a fast counterattack method

Yes, thats correct. But you lose 2years if you buy him at 20 for example. So the earlier the better
