In this video : We are comparing all three spell towers. Also, we will discuss which spell tower is effective and which one is not.
Rage Spell Tower: The Rage Spell tower drops a Rage Spell when a troop enters in its range of 9 tiles which last for 18 seconds, and increases damage of nearby Defenses by 100%. It takes 50 seconds to recharge and work again.
Poison Spell Tower: It drops a Poison Spell when a troop enters in its range of 9 tiles which last for 12 seconds. The Poison Spell can deal a max damage of 60 per second, and decreases speed and attack rate by 35%. It takes 60 seconds to recharge and work again.
Invisibility Spell Tower: The Invisibility Spell Tower works differently. It doesn't throw a spell even if a troop enters in its range of 4.5 tiles. It works only when any building/defense gets damage within the radius of the Invisibility Spell Tower, but the troop/hero who damaged the building/defense, should be alive for 1.2 seconds.

poison tower is undoubtedly the best, rage spell tower is good with monolith and scattershot together, invisibility spell near townhall can lead to many 1 stars

You should note that the rage towers and poison towers with giga poison do not stack, so having them next to each other does nothing and is a waste. The triple poison the video mentioned is just as effective as one.
Poison spell tower being near town hall isn't too waste. At least they help to counter blimp, and the giga inferno is still a defense.

I believe, there will be freeze and shrink spell in the spell tower when you get TH16
I can see freeze being part of the winter update. I will say it feels weird to have poison, rage, and invisibility spells without a freeze spell.
So the best combo in th 15 will be putting your poison spell tower near the monolith or single target inferno and rage for eagle and scatter?

Invis is the 1 star machine.
Ithink i choose poison because it can counter the troops that target to the core of the base like Blizzard,super archer+clone(idk what its called) and the others method and it will drop the spell even the tower its destroyed so invisible spell wont help much because of the poison effect even if they using heal spell it will take 2 spell storage on spell and decrease their chance to destroying the vital building

COC Reality pls bring the impossible base challenges and also the pekka , valkariye, Golem stories ( idk if my spelling of valk ariye is correct or not cuz i don't use valks as i only use bowlers, pekkas golens , dragons etc

Imo rage spell is meh but a nice help, poison is meh against non spam but has nice slow down, and invis spell is volatile and inconsistent but high potential

Rage spell towers' effectiveness are based on defenses they cover, so it is still effective against miner and hog rider if the rage boosts wizard or scattershot.
Especially scattershot. Raged scattershot can one-shot miners and hogs

I say the poisonis is the best it can kill all the small troops like barbs, archers , minnions etc but its not very good in tanks also so idk

So poised is best for swarm and works decently against stronger troops. Invisibility requires skill and then rage kinda just helps chip HP
Only before you see raged scattershot and multi target inferno. Rage spell towers shown in the video isn't a realistic one, in real base, none needs to boost archer towers.

I think rage is best for multi inferno tower it looks so much damage
Poison tower is op for spam attacks
Coc reality I think invi tower is much better than rage or poison because it can easily distract the troops and the invisible defense can easily kill all the troops but in case of low hit points troops poison spell tower is a better option and the rage tower is not that good at all cause I has no work at all it just rage the defences
