Dear Ellie your brilliance in devoting yourself to the study of the Old Testament is wonderful and you should be congratulated by those of us who love the Old Testament and your mission inspired by our Yeshua to memorize Job moves my soul deeply since it is now engrained in your blood which is profound and a great gift to me…thank you for your marvelous gift which I shall now study with you 📖✝️🛐📖🙏🏽😊👍❗️
Thank you so much for this! I confess, whenever I get to Job my goal is to get through it--you might even say "get it over with". This interview added so much depth and perspective to my understanding of the book. I'm excited to go read it again.
Love this interview I could listen to her all day.. so helpful! Have her again!
Listening to this and all the complexities from the book of Job, it truly a very human and truly divine book.
1:00 I paid my daughter to memorize Mathew 5. Then we kind of bragged about it then we read Matthew 6 where it says, don't do your acts of righteousness among men to be seen by them...We looked at each other and laughed:)
😂🤣😂
What a conversation! This was, on so many levels, the most beneficial video I’ve seen maybe this year so far!
Ellie so bonita and intelligent ❤ Congrats in Christ JESUS from Colombia (SA) John 3:1-36 ❤
Wow! I'm trying to memorize a *chapter* - she memorized a *BOOK* !
I think the fact Job is found in the Wisdom literature rather than history or other narrative literature indicates it is a lesson and not a factual story, like Ecclesiastes and Song of Solomon.
i forget to get milk on the way home. this is crazy haha
I know it's difficult to quantify, but I would love to hear her opinion on how much it would benefit/aid a learner of a biblical language, like Greek, to memorize a whole book while learning the language.
Amos 8:11-12 speaks of a time when the Bible will be removed. WW3 is near. The agenda is outlined by Albert Pike. What is taking place in the Middle East right now is heading into the Psalm 83 war and prophecy in Zechariah 5 and 8:8-9. When this explodes into WW3 the countries will view war as a religious war. Bibles will not be allowed to cross borders soon. Bibles will be confiscated and burned. Bible believers will be persecuted. The Bible will be under attack and illegal to possess. The wisdom of storing the Word in the mind where no one can steal that greatest treasure is understood by those who have knowledge, wisdom and understanding. I recently found out there are 92 books that used to be included in the Old Testament but have been removed! I found the Cepher that has 84 books in the Old Testament plus the removed chapter 29 in the book of Acts. I remember reading the story of Joseph and Asenaph that used to be part of the book of Genesis in the Bible I read as a child but was removed from Genesis in every Bible version since I had first read Genesis. I found all 92 books of the Old Testament that the scribe Ezra recorded he and the scribes worked on for the Old Testament collection of books. These books still exist. Dr. Stephen Pigeon in his blog notes has included free downloads of some books in Hebrew. I have found materials through Zen Garcia and the God Culture and had downloaded books during time when the world went through fear and closed down for a time. I used my time to study and research. After seeing how much of the Bible has been hidden and removed, this angered me. Reading different translations and comparing each to the original text and word definitions exposed more problems to me for memorizing the Bible in English. Learning the truth that the Bible will be destroyed and the word removed from the world makes me more urgent to memorize the entire Bible so it cannot be removed from my mind. I am not a seminary student. I study at home and participate in Bible study groups I found that I can learn from others who do Bible study. I hold the word of God above people's opinion. Therefore the importance of storing the word in the mind is worth spending time to memorize, no matter what others may think.
This reminds me that I need to order Dr Brown's translation and commentary of Job.
The thing with doctor Michael Brown is his association with the "Brownsville Revival", and the 'rolling and screaming on the floor' kind of madness.
So I'm wary of him.
Watch the "Brownsville Revival video with Doctor Michael Brown".
At 2:46:26 Brown starts screaming "Fire, Fire, Fire".
This is *very problematic* .
Because the "fire" has some very creepy manifestations.
Be careful, Christians, of what kind of "fire" you open yourself up to!
@@ingela_injeela You can be wary of him, but his ministry has had an incredible positive impact on my life. Have you watched his podcast show, viewed his debates, or read his books?
@@e.m.8094 I know he is a great debater of rabbinic Jews.
But even if he is correct in his debates, if he then then screams "fire, fire, fire" so that people fall down and start shaking, screaming and making anomal noises - should we trust him?
How much false teaching do you need to be a false teacher? How much false fire does one need to be dangerous?
@@ingela_injeela What exactly has he "taught" that you have theological differences with? Even if you don't personally agree with that, I don't know how you could generalize and say he's a false teacher. That's far from the truth. Is John MacArthur a false teacher because he teaches cessationism? As Craig Keener has said, cessationism is not taught anywhere in the Bible. So....
@@e.m.8094 There are problems with John MacArthur too.
His most dangerous error is, he has said that you can *take the Mark of the Beast* and still be saved. And he has never backed down from this.
P.S. Isaac's comment really made me laugh! If Ellie and Beth Case ever collaborated, every red-blooded male on the planet would be fighting to be first in line to study Hebrew! :)

Amen
Didn’t Job say that he wished he was never born? He never complained about his health, his losses?
Hun sa det😉
There IS a reason no English version I know of says Job comforted himself. HALOT defines the first two meanings as:
