According to my Info, Freshers may come on first week of September.
Then there are high chances that Class will begin from 2nd week of September.

I'm not able to book my hostel. none of them are responding. can you pls suggest someone to contact further.
Try to contact through mail given in vit ap website or You can come to University and inform to hostel warden or you can take girls hostel outside university in vijaywada and become day scholar by taking bus.
These are 3 solutions.

You can take outside hostel or pg basically in vijaywada or near University

bhaiya, we freshers have got a mail that the classes will commence from 24th Sep so the academic year will be completed properly right? not like completing it very quickly and it will hamper our studies?

I got update Yesterday .I believe your academic year is starting late but don't worry it won't affect your studies. Be consistent in academics , it will surely give u 9+ CGPA .
University will provide u sufficient time.

15 bedded room is similar to 12 bedded in looks and yes you are going to have sufficient sockets near to your beds otherwise you can ask your roommate.

On an average, Every day you are going to have approx. Around 6 classes of 6 hours each of 1 hr and some are continuous and some including break
