    The recorded "be careful messeage" from a women voice when you leave the moving escalator, thats the sound of Suvarnabhumi🙂. Love it.

    Airport Rail Link is the go-to option for quality vs. price! Super good!

    Nice airport! You should've used a train.... I don't know if you always do when there are metro or trains to the city from airport but I would suggest when you travel to any airport and has an train/metro to the city do it so instead of those expressive taxis. It's up to you, but for me it's nice to go metro/train to city instead of taxis unless if there was no train or metro to the city. :)

    Hi. How long does it take from the plane to picking up your luggage? 1 or 2 hours? Or is it much quicker?

    What types of scams?

    • @VirtCam
      @VirtCam  8 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Taxi scams were the worst also money snatching

      1. Taxi scams. Taxi drivers will lie about their meters being broken and quote you a higher rate. Tuk Tuk drivers will offer you a free or a very low-cost tour but they will stop at multiple jewelry shops where they are given a commission to get there. You don't have to buy but there you will be hard sold. 2. Jet Ski scams. If you don't examine your rental jet ski for damage before using it, the jet ski rental will make you pay for damage that was not caused by you. 3. Motorbike rentals. Same scam as the jet skis. Always look over the bike for any prior damage and take photos on your camera phone, otherwise, the rental shop will make you pay for any damage you did not cause. Never ever leave your passport with the rental shop! Instead, offer a larger security deposit in lieu of leaving your passport. If you do, there is a chance that it could be held hostage if they accuse you of damaging their motorbike. Also, you are more likely to be stopped by a cop since you're a foreigner and they will ask for ID. Lastly, when you go to return the motorbike, the rental shop could be closed and you will be without your passport until the shop opens! In Thailand, the open and closed hours printed on the door means nothing! Those are the big 3 scams in Thailand.
