OMG Sai, I felt your pain when you were trying to remove your ring. I had a ring stuck on my finger once and my finger turned purple. I was so scared that I would end up in the hospital emergency room to get the ring cut off my finger as it was so painful but thankfully I was able to do the same technique you used and the ring finally came off but boy did it hurt! Glad all is well. Your cocktail outfit was beautiful.
That Karen experience and nasty coffee is exactly how I expect Austin, TX to be lol. I also dont appreciate how that flight crew was treating you. I got irritated like you are family 😂

If this were live, and your fingers were stolen, I would say, stick your hand in the air, and let the blood run down (this has happened to me, and that is what I did,), and sticking your hand in ice can also help.
Well what a bad way to start your day, don' let the devil still your joy. I would rather go to the event by myself (because that a networking opportunity) than go to dinner by myself (sitting at an actual restaurant just got me in my feeling). I rarely go out to eat because I don't really appreciate the experience nor the expense. The vest and the slouchy pants is so Miami Vice vibe and I still have sets with that style. TSA is one reason I don't like to fly (I know they are necessary) because of the inconvenience. It like as a natural hair black woman you cannot carry enough stuff to keep your hair together if you only doing a carry-on and lotion size to cover your whole body or sunscreen. That suck! I know they probably take some of that stuff home because some can be basically new. I do remember the pet rock craze. Thanks for sharing and blessings to you and all in the days to come.
