4:17 good observation, this was intentional and meant to communicate that besides the paparazzi preying on her like scavenger birds, her death scene was also staged for the sake of taking pictures which is a really morbid thought to even have after seeing someone's death or potential death scene.
6:41 the gist and humor of this scene is that she's made out of her own house a public event, she arrives and it's an entrance as if she's entered a red carpet or she's in a runaway at a fashion show, in fact there's a red carpet (purple carpet in this case) throughout the house in which she parades crippled and all, she's made an spectacle with her private life and recuperation process.
