Thank you sir for your great effort , I'd like to double check with you the left hidden line in the side view for the small circle , i think it should be on the same vertical line of action for the above solid line representing the rectangle as the radius for mall circle is 10 and the radius for the other circle is 25 so the total equals 35 . which is the same width as the rectangle , your kind advice is highly appreciated .

Why we draw ( front view in first quadrant) in orthogonal projections.

Generally, there are two types of problems, 1) First angle projection method 2)Third angle projection method.
Whenever there is a problem on first angle projection method then always draw front view above the xy line and top view below the xy line.
and whenever there are problems on third angle projection method then always from front view below the xy line and top view above the xy line.
and side view is always at the side by side of front view.
