If you join a job, be it small/large company, you get to learn what schools/colleges don't teach. If you are working for a small company, you can learn a lot. Learn as much as you can, gain experience and then you must venture out to start a business. Now you know a lot about how to make the business work, how to manage a crisis, how to create and maintain relationships with clients, client delivery, etc.
I am good in relations, good in pressure handling, have leadership skills and a willingness to learn, I will make a change in society

Your first good job in your niche is really important for what you will be doing for rest of your life. Make connections, know the working and peoples, expertise in all the crucial developments in a company, build good connections atleast for 3-4 years, then you have done half of the job to start your business(not exactly the your company but related to that field).

I think for those who want to opt, entreuprenurship in their life, First they must have to bulid small busines or some good asset coloumns as source of passive income which has the ability to make them financially freedom, And then, They can go for that, Because it will enhance the ability to take risk and can choose it as an active source of income where we can put our countless hours..

i can feel you brother . i am 20 years old and only 12 th pass .i had same thought earlier i wanted to study law from nlu and become lawyer but somehow i got trapped in viscious cycle of neet ,and now my parents aren't allowing me to prepare for clat they gave me many points why i should not go for clat preparation .so you should also consider and discuss with your elders and then go ahead .but i am still fascinated about law , i will surely study law in future even if i will in my forties.
