Even though both kisses carry different meanings but at the end of the day Qian just loves him and doesn't want to lose him that is the message this scene wants to give us. I think they shot many scenes from various perspectives and angels and every scene gives a different vibe or message but all of them are very beautiful so no doubt the editor was in a very difficult position when he edited each episode cause even though it is just BTS but still, I can stop replaying it again and again. I just have one request for them just give us a special edition or an extra version we will be very thankful to all of you 🙏🙏

I agree that this kiss is much better. The way Yuan froze when Qian hugged then kissed him. But maybe they changed it to forehead kiss because they have lots of kisses on the lips already. 😄 I hope to see more of them together in the future.
