today I tried cooking aneshi with smoked pork in Ao naga tribe style for the first time and it turned out perfectly,
I don't think they add fermented soyabean but i added a little twist and it goes well with aneshi it's a satisfying meal hope you guys watch and boost your appetite.

My brother served in CRPF and, one of his friend Vikash Bhaiya, who was also posted in Manipur was introduced a fermented fish and King chilly chutney by my brother, at first he was reluctant but after having for 3-4 times he cannot resist, so much so that when he was transferred to Maharastra, he asked my mother a bottle full of King chilly and Fermented fish chutney, my mother gave it. Now still he is ordering from online store of North east. He said he never allow his wife and children to eat telling them it's not good for health, so that he can eat for long time😂

Smoked pork with aneshi looks really yummy. As someone commented in the past, u could easily qualify as a chef of traditional Naga dish.
Anishi is fermented yam leaves patties. Love the way you are showcasing different Naga tribe dishes.
It's not by Yam leave, but made of Taro and Corm leaves
