Tenant whose lease is in the name of a company from which he works. The tenant wishes to terminate the lease before expiry in accordance with the terms of the lease agreement.
The landlord argues that he CPA does not apply in this case as the lease is in a company's name as opposed to a natural person's name. He therefore claims that the tenant is liable to pay the rent until the end of the lease which is ending end of August.
