I am so sorry that you are sick Lara. Get better soon. I dont want to be smart head but ever tried onion juice with honey? Or onion tea majoran tea it all helps not just with the caught or so. And horseredish with apple and lemon juice on the top is a germs killer as well:) ( one of my favs yumies btw 😂) the bad sleeping nights sucks when you cant calm your brain down. I everytime think about how beatiful it is that i have what i have i know sounds funny.. but some people wish that they have one more week of life and they unfirtunatelly have to go and i who i am blessed with all that love from the people i have in my life ...We sometimes dont apreaciate little things enaught so we have to remind to our own heads how lucky we are just try to take one day at a time and be pozitive thats the key. I have been dealing with sleepless nights years ago and i was getting crazy and these things were helpfull.. You are heartkinded sensitive person and you just maybe worry too much ( behind the scenes ) and thats what effects your sleep..Anyway sorry for long comment 🤦🏻‍♀️ Get well Lara mr doctor Hercules will help you with it🐾 Take care guys 🤗

Mirecka B Hello, my lovely, thank you so much for all you wrote 🙏🏻 I don’t eat honey, but I think I could try the onion juice with agave syrup. And I love horseradish! There a few things that worry me currently, so I think that might be the underlying cause. But it got better, I’ve been chilling a lot and maybe I was also emotionally tired because I slept great the last two or three nights. Well, as you have written - we have to focus on the positive. It’s sometimes a challenge, but it’s so important. You’re such a wonderful soul! Sending much love! BTW: Hercules is my furry nurse 😌🐾🐾🐶💓

Lara sorry i wasnt specific with the honey i meant honey from flowers the dandelion one is very good or any flower honey will work the same :) i think agave sirup can do the job as well:) hope you are already one step better :) then a 😘 kiss to a hard working nurse Hercules ( guess he is very exhausted from it 🙈😁🐾) take care all of you 🤗
