Thank you for your reaction, your face tells it all 😊 Hua Chenyu is an amazing artist, we have many singers in this world, but very few who actually bring songs to life the way HuaHua does. His songs go through so many feelings cute, sad, happy, angry, sassy, crazy, lonely, hopeful and more all seemingly effortless, but he puts himself in the mindset for each song almost like a method actor and performs it on the stage, his eyes are often far away as he often sings focussing on the song, not the stage. I was thrown the first time I saw Fake Monk, but after a couple of watches I was hit by the genius of his performance, truly unique. ❤🌺🌺

You understand the song better if you watch the interview before where he explains why he chose this song and how it reflects his own existence. Now, You can react to "Qi Tian" next time. He wrote it for other movie. It is one of his own masterpieces for me 💖. (And I hope I have explain well. My English still needs a lot of practice).

Think he breathes through gills on his neck. 😂 This, along with "Dad I'm home" and "Dear Friend" were his earlier emotional performances. (Sadly the original "Dad I'm Home" with English Subtitles, has been removed as it was 😭😭😭). Fake Monk is a stunning performance that had the audience holding their breaths

@@celinegazaix9266 yes, the full episode is still there with English Subtitles (just after one hour), and it still moves me. Such a powerful performance that it left the audience silent after it finished. Almost felt wrong to clap at such a raw, emotional performance. Yes, I agree the fancam doesn't give the same feeling as you need the close ups as he sings. Sadly the fan cam can't give us that. But I appreciate that fans in China give us a window to see him. Otherwise we would not have the flood of videos to watch.
Dad I am home will definitely not make you happy 😅. It is a very sad song about a very serious topic. It is not Hua Chenyu's song and/or story. He had have to rearrange this song for the TV show the Next.
