- It's time for Part 2 in The Epic Seahorse and Macro Algae Tank Adventure, with Matthew of My First Fish Tank. We'll go through his process of optimal aquascaping for sea horses (following the rule of 3rds in his last video), as well as prepping sand, and a few water system disasters. I preparing to care seahorse in mt refugium tank. but there live in kinds of macro algae and fish.
I wonder is it okey with seahorse...
Fish : diamond goby(3ea, size : 8cm, 6cm, 4cm), yellow box fish, longhorn cow fish
invert : blue leg hermit crab, gorgonian(seafan), macro algae.
Could you tell me which one need to take away from my tank for seahorse?

I heard you say you will never need a heater? How hot is your house? Or maybe this is a outside sun room?
He has a chiller on the tank for cold water species.

I think you have too much flow for seahorses. They are really weak swimmers.
An in-line shut-off valve would have preserved the gravity feed and made the removal of the pump easier with a minimal amount of water.

Maybe you can add a ball valve on the pump outlet.
Bad idea keeping chiller in cabinet. Need air flow not recirculated hot air.
