Hello Joe! Greetings from Beirut, Lebanon. I love your arrangements. Being originally a classical guitarist I am trying to avoid using my left thumb to play bass notes. I found a nice workaround for one of the chords in Jingle Bell Rock but having a problem with the other one. The piece was easy for me to play as far as learning it but it hurts my fingers on the steel strings because I have high tension strings. What kind of strings do you recommend? I am using a Yamaha 12-string Folk Guitar but with 6 strings on it. Can I put thicker strings on it like .13 or .14?

I'd recommend .12 or .11 strings, and having a luthier set your guitar up so that is as easy to play without the strings buzzing.
@@Joe_Robinson Thanks!
