    Eu também uso um azeite "comum" ,mas extra virgem, na maionese; e usar um azeite top,acidez 0,2% para usar no dia a dia
    Ótima receita!

      Exato. Nem sempre vale apena usar um azeite top em todos os cozinhados. Temos que adaptar a cada prato 🫶🫶

      I don't know witch kind os chourizo you mean, but there is no fresh chourizo only the cured ou smoked one. Fresh chourizo probably the sausage or Salsicha fresca

    Que confusão de vídeo.. então o azeite de baixa qualidade em vez de óleo..... acho o vídeo pouco esclarecedor ...e como diz o mestre é muita conversa... não há paciência

      Lamento que não tenha percebido. O que eu tentei dizer foi que, devemos adaptar o azeite nas diferentes aplicações, será um desperdício usar um azeite de boa qualidade numa maionese e também irá ficar com um sabor forte e para que fique com um sabor menos forte e mais neutro então usamos um azeite virgem por exemplo. Mas pode usar óleo atenção, eu apenas deixei um apontamento sobre a gordura a usar

      Se não tem paciência para ver um vídeo mais vale andar pelo Tik Tok ou Instagram que lá os vídeos são super rápidos ou então os reels do TH-cam. O que acho é que está na plataforma errada. E não sei onde o vídeo é pouco esclarecedor sinceramente. Mostra um passo a passo de uma receita, é o que é suposto ser.

      For a aioli I like to use a mild fruity olive oil , pretty much in everything
