In this AU, Wilbur has some trauma due to Techno. Techno kinda lost control for a second and hurt Wilbur when they were young. Techno ran after that and that all happened on Tommy's Birthday. I have some other videos explaining it. It's a little more fleshed out in the fic. Hope this helps though
