About
We’re Sarah and Lee, a 40+ married couple from the UK. Sarah has lived with a Multiple Sclerosis diagnosis for several years and Lee has additional health concerns creeping in. We jointly decided that life is too short, so we sold our home, quit our jobs and are searching for a place where, what money we do have affords us adventure, wellbeing, good healthcare and better quality of life without the 9-5. Join us as we check out the sights and scout for a place to live long term and aim to create helpful and informative content as we live in and explore unfamiliar lands.

@@Gettinglostin 😀
Nice garden and pool.
Mont Kiara is nice. I saw someone else mention as well. We toured a couple units there and have discussed moving to KL for a year or two
Haven't tried there yet, thanks for the info. Where are you considering moving from?
@@Gettinglostin we’re from the US. Live in Las Vegas
If u want cheaper property, go to Melaka (2 hrs drive frm KL) or Ipoh (3 hrs drive).. All the best & good luck..
Thanks so much for the advice, we are definitely going there soon
This condo is quite nice and less crowded ❤
If you are going to travel in to city a lot you may want to consider Novum instead. Little bit closer to LRT.
I had a look at Bangsar Sth last trip to KL and during the weekend it was pleasently quiet. Restaurants seemed nice but I missed the simpler street food. Although there is a Malay style night market not too far away (up NW part of Bangsar Sth). There wasn' much of shopping centre though from what I saw,. i.e. basement of spehere had a supermarket and handful of shops but that was all. Maybe I missed somthing.
Thanks for the info, we thought the same thing! Being from the U.K a 20 minute grab ride is considered close for us as long as there is somewhere on the doorstep for a coffee.
HELLO Getting lostin family. Here Mathew yesterday night, i met you in night market 😊, hope you remember.
Hi Mathew, great to meet you at the market, such a nice guy. Thanks for the sub 😊
Looked pretty good to me.
Very nice condo, we really liked it. Thanks for watching 😊
Things to consider if you do not hv a car. Public transport available?
Thanks, I think we'd share a car but I'd definitely need lessons!
Try mount kiara too since you visited bangsar
Thanks for the advice, does it have an area like Bangsar village? we love it there
@Gettinglostin mount kiara is mostly korean japanese expats. Asian food is easily available. I think there is a Japanese speaking small medical centre there. I saw it once. Bangsar village has a mix of expats. Just different vibes
