The workers are exposed to fine plastic dust during grinding which may lead to development of interstitial lung disease in long run. I would recommend use of safety measures to reduce the risk.
It's a great job. You are serving our environment well. Thanks.

What a beautiful story of one man and his efforts that strings so many people around him to a better safer future. Hard work and philanthropy is a great combination, sadly the plastic bags are not the best choice of products. I hope Ramu has diversified into other more durable goods and still smiling bright. Good luck.

This is really nice, but I'm surprised they don't use reusable shopping bags in India. Perhaps they should select different products to make, like plastic furniture or something? Also, I did not see any safety precautions for the workers.

Why do you have to make pellets, and then extrude? Can’t you just take the chopped up film and melt that in the extruder?

    Good job done
But Ordinary Indians owners or workers don't use USD $ for Money, it's always in INR Rs, which indicates all Numbers were given to Owners/Workers pre-scripted, only to convince US Funding FCRA donations.

42 dollars a month? I'm Kenyan and nobody gets paid those 🥜. How do you expect someone to live on such kind of money. If in Kenya, a third world country, that's considered little, it is little.
