Today I have shared the recipe of Traditional Gujarati Sweet - Sukhdi, it also known as Gudpapdi. Process of making of Sukhdi is very easy it is make with only three ingredients - Ghee, Wheat Flour & Jaggery. Mahudi Jain Temple and some matarani temple also serve Sukhdi as a Prasad. We can offer this Nagri samagri to Shree Thakurji. We can store it for 25-30 days on room temperature so must try this mithai recipe and don't forget to give your valuable feedback in comment section.
Ingredients - (સામગ્રી)
For Prepare 1.25kg Sukhdi (સવા કિલો સુખડી બનાવવા માટે)
2 Cup Melted Desi Ghee (પીગાળેલું દેશી ઘી)
4 Cup Fine Wheat Flour (ઘઉંનો ઝીણો લોટ)
2 Cup Grated Jaggery (છીણેલો ગોળ)
Store it upto 30 days on room temperature in airtight container. (સુખડીને ડબ્બામાં ભરીને એક મહિના સુધી સ્ટોર કરી શકાય છે)
