Spoke with Matt this past Friday and he took the time, his time, to help me use the LokProgrammer efficiently and with the different types of ESU decoders that I have. Thanks again Matt, your a gentlemen and a professional. Sean

Do you have any suggestions on how put music in Loksound Decoders because I would like to put music in a caboose and a passenger car which will be a Christmas passenger car? I would like to play some Union Pacific music in my Union Pacific caboose, play some patriotic (USA Music) in a patriotic caboose, put some Christmas music in my Christmas car and all that when I run a train with the music going but not all day but I would like to play the music with the remote control so that way I can just press the button to play it and when the song ends it would stop itself and I can start a timer on my phone for how long I want a break for like 10-15 minutes and when the timer goes off on my phone I can play another song and do the same process over and over and over again and all that.

Do you have any plans on making a video explaining how sound slot scheduling works? It's something I've played with a little bit but I still don't really understand how the whole process works. It's something I'd really like to get into.

Hello, I could ask how to get the LokSound decoder v.4.0. do the factory settings? I would need it to be in a state when I bought it. so there is no sound, etc. Thank you in advance for the answer.

I have no trouble with v4 and v5 sound files but I can't do v3.5 files with the latest version of lokprogrammer. Any ideas?

Just a sequestration, but I think you should do more UK Steam project sound profiles.

I'm a big ESU Fan but there are a lot of settings possible which is a great thing, but for beginners definitive overwhelming. I remember when i started it was not clear to me how the flow of files are. To bad the Manual as well as videos like this never explain basic things, things like how sound is handled different then any Configuration Settings. For exaqmple It should be explained the difference downloading to the Decoder sound or just changing a setting in speed. I Like your videos but you spend to much time showing for example what kind of sound files are listed in the ESU Webpage.

Great video! It was helpful when learning about sound schedules for my own project (th-cam.com/video/SZjSr8XDfbk/w-d-xo.html) - been thinking about more advanced use-cases of the decoders, like using the logical outputs of the decoder to drive logic in another microcontroller, has anyone ever done this? What was LokSounds vision for these outputs? Has anyone down Logical outs of one LokSound decoder to Logical in on another LokSound decoder? Thanks!
